About me
I build custom software for schools, clinics, and manufacturers — on infrastructure they fully own. No AWS, no vendor lock-in, no data leaving your control.
🚀 Senior Architect | SRE & Database Expert | AI Orchestrator 👋 Building the future at the speed of thought. ⚡️ I don't just write code; I architect high-performance, bulletproof ecosystems. With a foundation in Systems Engineering and a mastery of Go and TypeScript, I bridge the gap between heavy-duty backend reliability and seamless, high-conversion frontends.
Most technology decisions are made under pressure.
A school outgrowing its administration tools. A clinic unsure whether their patient data is actually safe. A manufacturer running an e-commerce operation that was never built properly in the first place.
The usual answers are the same: buy a SaaS tool and adapt your business to fit it, or build something custom and hand it off running on AWS or Azure — where it stays, indefinitely, on infrastructure you don’t control and can’t easily leave.
I offer a third option.
What I do
I build custom web and mobile applications for organisations in education, healthcare, and manufacturing. And unlike most developers, I manage the full stack — from the application itself down to the infrastructure it runs on.
That means your software runs on hardware you own. No AWS. No Azure. No Google Cloud. No recurring vendor bills that grow every year. No question about where your data lives or who can access it.
It also means one person is responsible for the whole thing. When something needs fixing, you know exactly who to call.
Why it matters for your sector
Schools and universities handle student data that can’t leave the EU. Clinics and hospitals operate under strict obligations around patient records. Manufacturers run operational systems where downtime has a direct cost.
Generic platforms and big cloud providers were not built with your constraints in mind. They were built for scale, for the average case, for organisations that don’t mind trading control for convenience.
If control matters to you — over your data, your costs, your systems — that trade-off isn’t acceptable.
The background
I’ve been doing this for 15 years. The work has ranged from custom CMS development and e-commerce systems to security architecture for payment infrastructure. Private hosting and infrastructure management have been part of every engagement since the beginning — it was never a feature I added. It’s always been how I work.
Current and recent clients include a global-scale content platform, a European manufacturer whose e-commerce operation I rescued and still maintain, and a terminal payments company where I work on infrastructure and security architecture.
If you’re evaluating your options
I work with a small number of clients at a time. That’s by design — it means every engagement gets the full attention it deserves.
If you’re questioning whether custom software makes sense for your organisation, or you’re concerned about where your systems and data currently live, I’m happy to have that conversation without pressure or obligation.
